As a freelance producer, Anna Thalmayr takes care of the production, casting, location scouting, art buying and general coordination for clients such as HUGO BOSS, ZALANDO and music video productions for artists such as NOEL HOLLER, LEONY and MOUGLETA.
In addition to her work as a freelance producer and her work as Co Founder ‒ Head of Artist and Label Services at BYB Agency GmbH, she has organised events for brands such as NIVEA, INFERNO RAGAZZI, and UNIVERSAL in the past.

With a Bachelor's degree in event management and a Master's degree in music and creative industries, which he is just about to finish, Marcel Maertens can draw on valuable experience in event organisation and the creative industries. In his work as a Project Manager at BYB Agency GmbH, he acts as an interface between event and artist management.
As an electronic music DJ, he has been travelling throughout Germany for over 10 years now. He was able to accompany numerous events and festivals and has also worked as a tour manager. He therefore knows first‒hand what to look out for at live events.
